Remember it is important to recognise that therapy is indeed a personal journey, and the outcomes can differ for each individual.

The type of therapy and the length of treatment will depend on your unique needs and goals. I offer short and long term therapy. It is essential to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable with and trust, to make the most of the therapeutic process. That is why I offer a 15 minute initial consultation free of charge to see if we are a good match.

Once you decide to proceed with my services, we will schedule your first session. During this initial session, we will do an assessment, get to know each other and create goals and expectations. At the conclusion of the first session, we will discuss your preferences for the way forward.
